Edinburgh’s Hogmanay has revealed the full line-up of artists set to play free gigs throughout the city on New Year’s Day.
First Footin’ will help Scots kick off 2024 with a huge line-up of live music across 15 venues throughout the capital.
Over 30 artists will appear throughout the Old and New Town including Lau, Bemz, Hot Chip, Kathryn Joseph, Fergus McCreadie, Becky Sikasa, Cloth and many more.
First Footin’ performances are set to take place from 2pm on January 1.
The free gigs will take place at St Giles’ Cathedral, Greyfriars Kirk, Greyfriars Hall and Eve at Virgin Hotel, Assembly Rooms, Cold Town House and Fruitmarket Gallery amongst others.
The event will give audiences the chance to explore Edinburgh while discovering a range of music from rap to classical, electronic to jazz, indie to folk and a foot stomping ceilidh band, embracing Hogmanay traditions.
