A cyclist was taken to hospital following a crash with a car in Edinburgh city centre on Saturday.
Officers were called to reports of the collision at around 6pm on the capital’s Broughton Road.
The 48-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. The extent of his injuries is currently unknown.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6pm on Saturday, 29 October, police were called to a report of a road crash involving a cyclist and a car on Broughton Road, Edinburgh.
“A 48-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.”
