A body has been found in the search for a grandfather missing since Monday in Fife.
Ian Wilson was last seen in the Katrine Crescent area of Kirkcaldy at around 10.15pm on Monday October 2.
Police confirmed on Friday evening that the body of a man was recovered near Home Farm View in the town.
Whilst formal identification has yet to take place, the family of the 64-year-old has been made aware.
There appear to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
