A woman is set to appear in court in connection with the death of grandmother in South Lanarkshire just days before Christmas.
Ann Coll was found with serious injuries at a property on Newfield Place, Rutherglen, at around 12.45am on Friday December 22.
The 61-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland confirmed that a 37-year-old woman was arrested and charged in connection with the death.
She is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
