STV NewsPolice are investigating the sexual assault of a woman near the OVO Hydro and SECC in Glasgow.
Officers received a report of a serious sexual assault on a woman in the Congress Road area of the city on the evening of Friday, May 31.
A stretch of the walkway along the River Clyde was cordoned off following the assault.
A police presence remained at the scene on Saturday morning.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a serious sexual assault of a woman in the Congress Road area of Glasgow on the evening of Friday, May 31, 2024.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
