A woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being knocked down by a bus in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to Maryhill Road at around 9pm on Tuesday after reports of a crash between a bus and a pedestrian.
The woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment to serious injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.05pm on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, we received a report of a crash involving a bus and a female pedestrian on Maryhill Road, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and the woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment to serious injuries.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
