Police are searching for a teenager who robbed a woman in a park in Wishaw.
The 21-year-old was in Belhaven Park around 4.10pm on January 19 when she was approached by a male unknown to her.
The man threatened the woman and stole money from her purse.
He then made off in the direction of the wooded area near Carrick Crescent.
The suspect is described as being around 15 or 16 years old, around 5ft, of slim build, and speaking with a local accent.
The male was wearing a black puffer jacket, black tracksuit bottoms, white Nike trainers and a balaclava-type face covering with his hood up.
Detective constable Gemma Woodhouse said: “We are carrying out extensive enquiries to trace the person responsible, and I would ask anyone in the local area to check their dash-cams, private CCTV and doorbell footage as they may have captured what happened or the male involved.
“Anyone with information should contact us quoting incident 2372 of January 19.”
