Police are looking to trace a white van in connection with the rape of a woman at a car park in Hamilton.
The incident is believed to have taken place within the Keith Street car park shortly after 3am on Saturday, May 25.
Investigations so far have found that a white van was parked in the area at the time which police believe to be linked to the attack.
The force has said that high-visibility patrols have been increased in the area while a dedicated team of officers investigate.
Detective Inspector Gary Smillie said: “This incident took place shortly after the closure of a nearby nightclub, so we know there will have been a number of people and taxis in the area.
“We are keen to speak with anyone who was in the Keith Street area on Saturday night, as well as any taxis or other motorists who may have dashcam footage.
“We understand this is an extremely concerning incident and we are conducting increased high-visibility patrols in the area.
