A woman died at the scene of a rush-hour crash in East Kilbride.
Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle crash in the Glen Doll area at around 5.50pm on Friday.
One of the drivers, a woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Enquiries remain ongoing at this time.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 5.50pm on Friday, November 29, to a report of a two-vehicle crash in the Glen Doll area of East Kilbride.
“Emergency services attended and one driver, a woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
“No one else was injured and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
