A man has been arrested and a woman had to be cut from her car after a “head-on” crash.
The two-vehicle collision happened on Friday at Glanderston Mains Farm, Newton Mearns.
Police Scotland said that the 45-year-old man had failed a roadside breath test and was arrested in connection with road traffic offences.
Officers said a report would be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Police Scotland said: “On the afternoon of October 6, there was a two-vehicle head-on collision at Glanderston Mains Farm, Newton Mearns.
“A 42-year-old female had to be cut from her vehicle.
“The 45-year-old man driving the other car failed the roadside breath test and was arrested on several charges”.
