Woman arrested and charged following disturbance at retail park

A woman has been arrested following a disturbance at a retail park in Glasgow.  

The incident took place at around 6.35pm at the city’s Springfield Quay on Wednesday.

Police said a 29-year-old woman has since been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

A report is set to be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 6.35pm on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, we were called to a report of a disturbance in Springfield Quay, Glasgow.

“A 29-year-old woman was arrested and charged in connection.

“A report will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal.”
