A woman has been arrested after a dog walker was robbed in Houston.
A 40-year-old woman was walking her dog in the Ardgryffe Crescent area around 6.50am on Friday when she was approached by another woman in a black and pink waterproof coat with a Great Dane puppy.
The victim was assaulted and had her belongings stolen from her before the attacker made off.
She was taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital for treatment and was released later that day.
A 36-year-old woman has been arrested and charged following the incident.
She was released on an undertaking to appear in court on a later date.
