A teenager appeared in court on Tuesday charged with attempted murder in a Clydebank flat block.
Emergency services were called to a property on The Crescent around 1.05am on Monday following reports of an incident.
A 42-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment. Detectives began searching for a man and woman in connection with the incident.
Chantelle Cowan, from Bearsden, appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court charged with assault to severe injury, disfigurement, impairment, danger to life and attempted murder.
The 19-year-old was also charged with three counts of possession of an offensive weapon.
She made no plea and was released on bail. The date for her next appearance has not been set.
