The Glasgow International Comedy Festival (GICF) has revealed the first names for its 2026 programme.
It will see some of the UK’s best-loved comedians perform across the city from 11–29 March next year.
Headliners include comedy legend Harry Enfield, returning to the stage with a celebration of 40 years in comedy at the King’s Theatre on March 25.
Sue Perkins brings her first live show in more than a decade, The Eternal Shame of Sue Perkins, to the same venue on March 21, while Bridget Christie debuts her new hour Jacket Potato Pizza at the Theatre Royal.
Scottish star Daniel Sloss also joins the lineup with his latest show Bitter at the SEC Armadillo, following the global success of his Netflix specials.
The festival also showcases homegrown talent. Susie McCabe, winner of the 2024 Sir Billy Connolly Spirit of Glasgow Award, returns with three nights at the King’s Theatre.
Fellow Glaswegian Christopher Macarthur-Boyd brings his biggest hometown show to date, Howling At The Moon, while Connor Burns follows two sold-out runs with new show Gallus.
Marc Jennings returns with Bread and Circuses at the King’s Theatre, and Craig Hill delivers two high-energy nights at Oran Mor.
Festival favourites and rising stars also feature, including Judi Love with All About the Love (March 21), plus Tom Davis, Mark Simmons, Paul McCaffrey, and 2025 Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer Ayoade Bamgboye. They are joined by Josh Glanc, Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Lorna Rose Treen, and Fringe hit Spontaneous Potter.
Following a record-breaking 2025 festival, which drew 61,000 attendees across 605 shows, GICF 2026 will once again showcase stand-up, improv, musical comedy, kids’ shows, live podcasts and more.
