Two men have been taken to hospital following a serious assault in Glasgow.
Police were called to Argyle Street, in the Finnieston area of the city, at around 7.55pm on Sunday after receiving reports of a serious attack.
Two men, aged 21 and 22, were taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
Their current condition is unknown.
Officers have now launched an enquiry into the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.55pm on Sunday, December 18, officers were called to a report of a serious assault on Argyle Street, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and two men, aged 21 and 22 were taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
