Two men have been charged following an alleged armed robbery at a shop in West Dunbartonshire.
Police were called to a shop on Main Street in Renton at around 8pm on Thursday, December 8.
The force have confirmed two men aged 28 and 51 have been arrested and charged.
They are both due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday December 12.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Following on from our appeal for information in relation to an armed robbery at a shop in Renton, officers can confirm that two men have been arrested and charged.
“The incident happened around 8pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022, on Main Street.
“The men, one aged 28 and one aged 51, are due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday, December 12, 2022.”
