Two people are in hospital after a number of roads in Glasgow’s southside were closed after a crash at rush hour.
Police responded to a road crash on Harmony Row in Govan after 6.30am on Wednesday.
The stretch of road was closed between Helen Street and Harmony Square, while Crossloan Road between Elder Street and Harmony Row but reopened before 10am.
Two people were taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital hospital following the crash.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.35am on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, we were called to a report of a road crash on Harmony Row, Glasgow.
“One person has been taken to hospital following this crash. Enquiries are ongoing.”
A spokesperson for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 6:30am to attend an incident on Harmony Row, Glasgow.
“We dispatched two ambulances to the scene and two patients were transported to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.”
