Two boys in hospital with serious injuries after falling from e-scooter

Two boys are in hospital with serious injuries after falling from an e-scooter in Paisley on Monday night.

Emergency services were alerted to the pair, aged ten and 12, being found on High Street at around 9.15pm.

Both schoolboys are being treated at the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow.

Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the boys on an e-scooter around this time or saw them crashing or falling from the vehicle to come forward.

Those with information have been urged to contact police via 101 and quote incident number 3326 of June 8.
