Two schoolboys have been charged in connection with alleged sectarian vandalism at a primary school in East Renfrewshire.

Officers said two 13-year-old male youths have been reported in connection with the vandalism on Monday, March 17.

The alleged incident took place at St Joseph’s Primary School on Oliphant Road in Busby.

A Police Scotland statement read: “Two 13-year-old male youths have been charged in connection with vandalism on Monday, March 17, 2025, at St Joseph’s Primary School, Oliphant Road, Busby.

“They will be reported to the relevant authorities.”
