Two men have appeared in court after heroin and cocaine worth an estimated £800,000 was seized in Motherwell.
Officers raided two homes in Marmion Crescent on Tuesday and recovered the class A drugs alongside a four-figure sum of cash.
Richard Langford, 54, from Motherwell appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Wednesday and was charged with two counts of supply and another charge of possession.
He made no plea and was granted bail. His next appearance is to be confirmed.
Andrew James Watson, from North Lanarkshire, appeared on a summary complaint.
The 58-year-old was charged with two counts of supply of a class A drug and faced another charge of breaching bail conditions.
