Twelve suspects are accused of a violent revenge plot following the killing of a man.
The crimes are said to have been sparked after the death of Omar Sadiq on September 15, 2020.
Hashim Uddin admitted stabbing Mr Sadiq in Pollok in September 2020.
Mr Sadiq had gone to Uddin’s flat after hearing that he was planning to leave his wife. An altercation occurred after Mr Sadiq brought his dog into the flat.
Uddin struck Mr Sadiq with a knife, leaving the 32-year-old with two stab wounds. He later died in hospital.
Uddin, 27, pleaded guilty to culpable homicide at the High Court in Glasgow and was sentenced to six years in prison in 2021.
A five-page indictment claims the 12 men, including the 32-year-old’s brother Kashif Sadiq, then conspired together and with others to assault and endanger the lives of “relatives and associates” of Uddin.
The attempted murder accusations list a number of alleged petrol bomb attacks at different properties in Glasgow.
There are also claims of bids to kill various named men in knife or machete assaults.
Among other allegations are placing a tracking device on cars to try and monitor the movements of certain individuals, as well as accusations of setting fire to vehicles.
One of those blazes is said to have spread to a garage of a house, causing a woman and a young child to evacuate.
The charge spans between September 15 and December 14, 2020, mainly featuring a number of addresses in the city.
Kashif Sadiq, 33, Tony Khan, 58, Robert Daniel, 35, David Docherty, 36, David McShane, 39, Mitchell Sweeney, 24, William McNally, 42, Michael Kennaway, 33, James Blakely, 30, Anthony Robertson, 27, George Noon, 37, and James Bennett, 36, deny the accusations they each face.
The group had their attendance excused during a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow on Monday.
Lord Mulholland went on to fix a trial that is due to begin in August 2026.
The case could last around seven weeks.
