Investigations are ongoing and detectives have urged anyone with information to come forward.

Three people were taken to hospital following a disturbance in Glasgow city centre.

Police are calling for witnesses after the incident on Mitchell Street on Monday around 9pm.

A 30-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment to serious injuries.

A 41-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman were taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.

Investigations are ongoing and detectives have urged anyone with information to come forward.

Detective constable Kimberley Douglas said: “We’re appealing to anyone who was in the Mitchell Street area at the time who witnessed the incident to please come forward.

“Anyone with information which could assist enquiries is asked to call 101 quoting incident 3732 of March 6, 2023.

“Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
