Three people have been taken to hospital after a car was crushed under a tractor.
The crash happened on Sunnyside Road, Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire, at around 10pm on Wednesday.
The trio, who were all inside the car, were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment.
The driver of the tractor was uninjured, police said.
Police Scotland said a 23-year-old man driving the car has been charged in connection with the incident.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal, the force said.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a crash involving a car and a tractor on Sunnyside Road, Coatbridge, around 10pm on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
“The three occupants of the car were taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. The driver of the tractor was not injured.
“The 23-year-old male driver of the car has been charged in connection and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
