Three people have been arrested following a disturbance after police asked a large group gathered at a train station to disperse.
Officers were called to Queens Park train station in Glasgow around 2.50pm on Saturday following reports a large group was gathered there, and encouraged the crowd to break up.
Police Scotland said three males aged 15, 28 and 35 have been arrested in connection with a “subsequent disturbance” in the area.
Superintendent Stephen Dolan said: “Officers have worked with partners from British Transport Police to disperse the gathering.
“The chief constable has made it clear that we are asking people to take personal responsibility to do the right thing and remember the purpose of these measures is to aid the collective effort to stay safe, protect others and save lives by preventing the virus from spreading.
“Our officers will continue to engage with the public, explain the legislation and guidance and encourage compliance.
“We will use enforcement as a last resort only where there is a clear breach of the legislation.”
