A teenager has been charged in connection with a serious assault in Glasgow that left a 16-year-old in hospital.
Police cordoned off the area near a supermarket on the corner of Union Street and Gordon Street for several hours following the alleged attack at around 3pm on Tuesday, March 7.
The victim was transferred for treatment at Glasgow Royal Infirmary while officers launched an investigation.
An 18-year-old man has now been arrested and will appear in court on Monday, March 20.
