A teenager has been arrested in connection with the serious assault of a boy near a park in Glasgow.
A 13-year-old schoolchild was discovered with stab wounds in the Queen’s Drive area near to the junction with Victoria Road around 8.30pm on Friday, March 8.
He was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children Glasgow where he was described as being “seriously injured but stable”.
Police have now confirmed a 17-year-old male youth has been charged following the incident.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on March 13.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
