A teenage boy has been charged in connection with the death of schoolboy Amen Teklay in Glasgow.
The 15-year-old was found with serious wounds believed to have been inflicted with a blade on Clarendon Street at around 10.30pm on Wednesday.
Emergency services attended however Amen was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland launched a major investigation and said they were treating the death as murder following a post-mortem.
On Sunday, police confirmed a 14-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with Amen’s death.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
A 15-year-old boy has also been arrested in connection with Amen’s death and enquiries are continuing.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
