iStockPolice have appealed for witnesses after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted on a train from Glasgow.
The girl was on the 10.42pm service from Glasgow Central to Newton around 11pm on January 2 when the incident took place.
A man has been arrested in connection.
British Transport Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 745 of January 2.
