A manhunt is under way after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted on a train station platform.
The teen was on platform two of Dalreoch railway station in Dumbarton on Monday, August 23.
At around 9.30pm, a man approached the victim and began talking with her before attacking her.
The man is described as a 6ft, white, bald male of slim build with a tattoo on the left side of his neck.
At the time of the attack he was wearing a dark top and jeans with a white design on the rear pockets.
After the assault, the girl left the station and went up to two women who then helped her get home.
Investigators want to speak to these two women and are urging them to come forward.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information that could help their investigation to get in touch.
