A teenage boy has been attacked and robbed of his mountain bike by a gang at a train station in West Dunbartonshire.
The 16-year-old boy was approached by a gang of five teenage boys at Drumry train station car park around 5pm on Sunday.
He was assaulted by one of the teens before his blue mountain bike was taken.
The gang are described as being around 14 to 16 years of age and wearing tracksuits. Four of the teens were white and one was black.
The group made off towards the station following the incident.
Detective Constable Darren Boag from Clydebank CID said: “This was a very distressing incident for the victim and enquiries are ongoing to trace the youths involved.
“I am appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed what happened or noticed a group of youths matching the above description, to please get in touch.
“I would also urge anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the surrounding area to come forward.”
