A teenager has been taken to hospital following a Saturday evening crash in Glasgow.
The 14-year-old received treatment at the Queen Elizabeth University hospital after the incident on Dumbarton Road.
No one else is thought to have been injured in the incident and police said the youngster had been transferred as a precautionary measure.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We were called around 5.40pm on Saturday, August 20, to a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian on Dumbarton Road, Glasgow.
“A 14-year-old boy was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University hospital as a precaution.”
