A teen has been arrested and charged after a man required hospital treatment following an assault in Glasgow.
Police were called to Renfield Street at around 3.30am on Sunday, October 9 after receiving reports of a disturbance.
Emergency services took a 62-year-old man to hospital for treatment.
His current condition is unknown.
A 19-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with the attack.
A police spokesperson said: “19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the serious assault of a 62-year-old man on Renfield Street in Glasgow around 3.30am on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
“The injured man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
“The 19-year-old man appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday, October 26.”
