A suspect has been charged following the death of a man in Glasgow.

The body of 46-year-old Paul Berry was discovered around 10am on Monday within a property at Dougrie Place in Castlemilk.

Police have confirmed a 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

He has been charged and is due to appear before Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday.

A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
