A man was left injured after being assaulted on a Glasgow road on Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred at around 11.35am on May 16, near Kirkton Avenue’s junction with Cairntoul Drive.
The 24-year-old male victim was taken to hospital for treatment.
The suspect has been described as a white man, around 28 years old, with a slim build and short dark hair.
He was wearing a black top and bottoms.
Detective Constable Kris Elliott, from Drumchapel CID, said: “We are appealing for anyone who was in the nearby area around the time of the incident on Tuesday and believes they saw anything suspicious to please come forward.
“Any information could prove useful to our enquiries, so please contact police on 101, quoting incident 0815 of May 16.
“Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
