A man has been charged in connection with a crash and subsequent “disturbance” that left another in hospital.
The 29-year-old was arrested over the incident in the Elm Drive area of Johnstone on October 27.
Emergency crews had rushed to the scene following reports of a two-car collision on the residential street and ensuing incident.
One man required hospital treatment for “serious injuries”, sparking an appeal for information from officers.
Police say an investigation into the full circumstances surrounding the disturbance is ongoing.
The man is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Tuesday, November 29.
