A suspect has been charged two months after a pensioner was allegedly stabbed in a car near a Glasgow primary school.
Police, including armed officers, descended on Auckland Wynd at around 12.10pm on April 28 following reports of a serious assault.
A 77-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The area was taped off as part of the investigation, and officers were seen taking photos inside and around a stationary Mercedes vehicle.
Officers have arrested and charged a 23-year-old man in connection with the attack.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
