Suspect charged in connection with murder bid after man hit by car

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder in Clydebank.

Detectives confirmed the arrest of a 30-year-old man following the incident on Tuesday, March 15 earlier this year.

Police were called to Graham Avenue in the town after a 31-year-old man was hit by a car.

An appeal was launched for information from witnesses.

The 30-year-old man is due to appear before Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Wednesday.

Officers said their investigations into the incident are continuing.
