A stretch of the M8 motorway has been closed following a late-night crash near Glasgow Airport.
The crash occurred at around 11.45pm on Sunday, September 13, between junctions 29 and 30.
The incident has closed the busy M8 in both directions, with queues of early morning traffic starting to form, according to Traffic Scotland.
Emergency services, including police and ambulance, remain in attendance at the scene on Monday morning.
It is not yet known whether there are any injuries.
Police are advising drivers to seek an alternative route.
A spokesperson said: “The M8 remains closed between J29 and J30, Paisley, following a crash reported to us around 11.45pm on Sunday, 13 September, 2026.
“Emergency services are in attendance, and motorists should use an alternative route.”
