A second person has been charged after a man was struck by a car in Glasgow in a “targeted” murder bid.
Police were alerted to reports of a disturbance on Ashgill Road involving three vehicles and a pedestrian around 6.55pm on June 23.
The 22-year-old pedestrian was struck by a car in the incident, which police previously described as a “targeted” attack.
He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
On Wednesday afternoon, police confirmed a 26-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Earlier on Wednesday, police said an 18-year-old man had been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
The teenager is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
Officers said enquiries into the incident are continuing.
