A schoolboy has been taken to hospital after being struck by a car in Glasgow.
The nine-year-old was hit by the vehicle on Carntyne Road around 3.20pm on Monday afternoon.
Ambulance crews transported the boy to the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People, where his current condition is unknown.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a nine-year-old boy having been struck by a car on Carntyne Road in Glasgow around 3.20pm on Monday, November 27, 2023.
“The boy was taken by ambulance to the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.”
