Sabrina Carpenter fans have been left “outraged” over ticket prices for the singer’s upcoming Glasgow show.
The Espresso singer announced will perform at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro next year, with the pre-sale launching on Tuesday.
Fans who were lucky enough to get pre-sale access were left shocked by the prices, with some tickets selling for up to £350.
Fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their anger.
Neil Hutton called for people to boycott the shows over the ticket prices, describing them as “outrageous”.
He wrote: “Folk need to start boycotting gigs over ticket prices. £221-£350 per head for us to take our daughter to see Sabrina Carpenter in Glasgow @OVOHydro is absolutely outrageous. No thanks.
“Who is actually paying that and thinking, ‘Aye, seems fair to me’?”
Linzee Johnston also took to the platform saying that one standing ticket for Glasgow could have cost her daughter £266.
She wrote: Sabrina Carpenter, what is going on with your pre sale prices!! £266 for 1 standing ticket for Glasgow.
“My 16 year old already bought your album to get presale code……and now the price is out with her range.
“These ticket prices are getting out of hand.”
Other fans said that as well as pricing they had issues actually getting the tickets, with one calling the experience a “bloodbath”.
One wrote: “The amount of times Ticketmaster kicked me out, had seats in my basket then they disappeared, the slow moving queue.”
The Please Please Please star will bring her Short n’ Sweet tour to Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on March 11.
General sale tickets will be available to buy on July 26 at 10am.
