iStockA road in Dumfries and Galloway will be shut for “some time” following a crash during the early hours of Monday morning.
Emergency services were called to the C11N between Kirkton and Duncow after reports of a collision at around 4.30am.
Officers remain on the scene and an investigation is currently being carried out.
Diversions are in place and delays are expected. It is unknown if there were any injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The C11N (Heathhall to Auldgrith Road) is closed between Kirkton and Duncow due to an ongoing incident.
“Around 4.30am on July 21, 2025, Police were contacted to attend the report of a one vehicle collision there.
“Officers are on scene and the road will remain closed for some time to allow investigations to take place.
Please follow local diversions and allow extra time for your journey.”
