A number of roads are closed in the Broomhill area of Glasgow after a man was found seriously injured on the street.

Police are conducting inquiries after the injured man was found on Crow Road, near to Clarence Drive, on Sunday morning.

He is currently receiving treatment at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.30 am on Sunday, 25 July, 2021, police were called after a man was found seriously injured on Crow Road, near to Clarence Drive, Broomhill, Glasgow. 

“He was been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. Medical staff describe his condition as serious but stable. Enquiries into the incident are continuing.

“There are a number of road closures in the area, however, these should be lifted shortly.”
