Police ScotlandA road in North Lanarkshire has been closed after a crash involving two vehicles and a pedestrian.
Petersburn Road in Airdrie is shut between Carlisle Road and the junction for Minch Way.
Police were called to the scene following the collision at around 11.05am on Friday.
Emergency services remain in attendance.
Drivers have been advised to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
