Police were forced to close a road in Glasgow as debris from Storm Eowyn continues to impact driving conditions.
Barrhead Road was blocked off after a bus and a van became stuck in mud while trying to get around a fallen tree.
On Saturday afternoon, traffic was brought to a standstill while the vehicles were rescued from the mud between Cowglen Golf Club and Pollok Golf Club.
One motorist reported major tailbacks and urged others to use an alternative route.
The road has since reopened, and no injuries have been reported.
Earlier in the day, Police Scotland warned that a large number of local routes across the country remain closed or disrupted due to debris and fallen trees.
Drivers have been urged to drive with caution and not put themselves at risk by trying to clear debris.
Elsewhere, the M80 remained closed in both directions at junction 8 and 9 nearly 24 hours after an electrical fire.
The A8 in Port Glasgow was closed for several hours due to a number of fallen trees while the M74 was closed between junction 12 and 10 due to trees on the carriageway.
