A man has died in hospital after being found seriously injured in a Glasgow street.
The 32-year-old victim was taken to the city’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he died a short time later, after the alarm was raised in Boydstone Road at around 1.25pm on Tuesday.
The road has been closed between Barrhead Road and Kennishead Road for an investigation.
Motorists are advised to follow the police diversion.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a man seriously injured on Boydstone Road, Glasgow, around 1.25pm on Tuesday, September 15.
“The 32-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he died a short time later.
“Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information about the incident should contact us.”
