A resident has been taken to hospital after a fire broke out in a property in the west end of Glasgow.
Six appliances attended the blaze, which broke out in Grosvenor Crescent in the early hours of Monday morning.
The fire has now been brought under control.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 3.37am on Monday, January 18 to reports of a fire in the basement of a property on Grosvenor Crescent, Glasgow.
“Operations Control mobilised six appliances to the incident and the fire has now been extinguished.
“One casualty was taken to hospital. Crews have now left the scene after ensuring the area was made safe.”
