Rescue agencies are searching Loch Lomond after concerns were raised for a person spotted in the water.

Police Scotland is on the scene after reports of someone in the Loch near Balloch Country Park on Friday.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue service mobilised two engines and boats at 7.04pm.

Two coastguard teams from Helensburgh and Greenock are on the scene.


A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police are working with emergency services partners following a report of a concern for a person in the water at Balloch Country Park.”
