A search is continuing for a missing woman from Glasgow who has not been seen for ten days.
The last sighting of Karen Murphy, from the city’s West End, was when she was seen leaving Renton train station at around 9pm on Monday, January 13.
The 53-year-old has not been in touch with any friends or family during this time and Police are now appealing for help from the public.
She is described as around 5ft4 with grey/blond hair and when last seen she was wearing a khaki parka-style jacket with a fur hood and black trousers.
Police say she has connections in Dumbarton and West Dunbartonshire, and Glasgow City Centre.
Sergeant Colin MacMillan at Clydebank Police Station said: “Officers are currently carrying out door to door enquires and using specialist units such as the Marine Unit to search for any new information that could help trace Karen.
“I would ask members of the public who were using the roads in and around Renton on Monday, 13 January to check their vehicle dashcam footage for possible sightings.
“I’d also urge anyone who has seen Karen at any time since Monday, 13 January or anyone who knows of her present whereabouts to contact police immediately via telephone number 101.”
