A road in Inverclyde remains closed ten hours after a crash on Monday.
Emergency services were called to Clune Brae in Port Glasgow following reports of a collision at around 9.55pm.
The number of vehicles involved and the nature of any injuries is not yet known.
Motorists have been urged to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Clune Brae in Port Glasgow is closed following a road crash that emergency services were called to around 9.55pm on Monday, 16 December, 2024.
“Please use an alternative route.”
